Booking

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your session date
and time.
- The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.
- Payment can be made via internet banking or cash.
Location
-
Sessions are available at locations within Auckland Central.
- Travel outside of Auckland Central may incur an additional fee. Please inquire in advance for a custom quote.
Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session may be rescheduled
at no extra cost.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session will forfeit the
deposit.

One complimentary reschedule is allowed per booking, subject to
availability and weather (if applicable).
Late Arrival

Please arrive on time. Sessions begin at the scheduled time.

Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time and may affect the number of deliverable images.
Creative Direction

The photographer maintains full creative control over the final images, including style, editing, and selection.

While input is welcomed, the final artistic decisions rest with the photographer.
Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered digitally via an online gallery within [e.g. 2–4 weeks] of your session.

Photo proofs will be provided for selection before final edits are completed.

Final images are provided in high-resolution (print-ready) and social media-ready formats.
Image Use & Copyright

The photographer retains copyright of all images.

Clients receive personal usage rights for printing and sharing images.

Commercial use or further editing of images is not permitted without written consent.
Liability

The photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control, such as weather, location issues, or uncooperative subjects.

In the rare event the session cannot proceed due to illness or emergency, a reschedule or full refund of the deposit will be offered.
